In certain plans where auto-renewal is not applicable, the user has to select a suitable plan from the list of available plans given under the "Plans" page and make the payment in order to continue the usage of the platform.
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service through the end of your billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial subscription periods or unwatched content. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, your account will automatically close at the end of your current billing period.

We maintain a negative list of all fraudulent transactions and non-complying users and reserve the right to deny access to such users at any time or cancel their request placed by them in future. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on the service page, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned herein in case of a conflict.
